Hyper Labs HQ provides mobile app development, web development, custom software development, and related technology services as described on our website and in individual project agreements.

2. Project Agreements

All projects will be governed by individual project agreements that outline scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and other project-specific details.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a 50% advance payment and 50% upon project completion.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the developed software are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not share your business information with any third party.

6. Warranty

We provide a warranty period for all delivered projects during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. The warranty period is specified in individual agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
