Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Before Project Start

If you cancel before the project has started (no development work begun), we will refund 100% of any advance payment made.

2. Cancellation During Development

If you cancel during the development phase, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed. You will be billed for all completed work and milestones.

3. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, we will work with you to address your concerns. We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions within the project scope at no additional cost.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party subscriptions, domain registrations, app store fees, and hosting costs purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
